Themes: Some of our rooms have mature themes. Whilst we do our best to make sure the experience is fun. Some props may cause alarm, stress and anxiety. Low light will also be a feature in the rooms. Torches may flicker – double click the torch to stop the flicker.
Rooms: You can leave the room when ever you wish. NB: Zombie Apocolypse has a 'Key of shame' to exit
Liability: You agree to be liable to Escape Rooms Tamworth for any damage or loss caused by your actions (not within the scope of normal participation) as a participant (for example but not limited to damaging, misplacing or destroying) or caused by you to another person’s property. Escape Rooms Tamworth is not responsible for any loss or damage to your property.
Common Sense: You must use common sense at all times to ensure your own safety.
Game play: The game does not require the use of any excessive force or physical abilities such as but not limited to running, jumping, crawling or striking. You accept that deliberate, inappropriate or excessive use of force may result in the termination of the experience without refund and will make you liable for any damages or loss.
Game Masters: GM’s are assigned to your game. They do not guarantee you will escape or succeed. They are a guide.
Confidentiality: NO FILMING IN THE ROOMS. The puzzles and surprises are to remain confidential.
Refusal of Entry: Escape Rooms Tamworth reserves the right to refuse entry to you if it is deemed that you are a danger to yourself, others or Escape Rooms Tamworth staff or facilities.
Medical Treatment: You authorise Escape Rooms Tamworth to take any necessary steps required to protect your welfare in the case of personal injury and you agree to cover the costs of any medical treatment or ambulance transportation.
Safety Signs: You agree to adhere to any safety signs placed around the venue or instructions directed at all times.
Under 12: Persons under the age of 12 are permitted entry into the Escape Room Tamworth experience however they must be accompanied by at least one authorised guardian. The authorised guardian agrees to supervise the persons under the age of 12 at all times and is bound by the Terms and Conditions on the child’s behalf. The authorised guardian must be at least 18 years old. Anyone 12 years and over are welcome to play without a guardian.
Video Surveillance: You consent to the use of video surveillance for the use of assistance within the experience, safety instructions or to make claims when necessary of damages to the property or facilities of Escape Rooms Tamworth.
Promotional photos: Please tell our staff if you do not wish for pictures taken (with your consent) to be used in any advertising or social media platform.
